By dining at Pinnova or making a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, our team is happy to assist.
Service
Management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest at our discretion.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Please inform our team of any allergies or dietary requirements before ordering. Whilst every care is taken, we cannot guarantee that our dishes are completely free from allergens due to the nature of our kitchen environment.
Pricing & VAT
All prices are inclusive of VAT. A discretionary service charge may be added to the final bill. This charge is distributed among our team members.
Reservations
Reservations may be held for up to 15 minutes during peak hours. After this period, the table may be released to other guests. We recommend arriving on time to avoid any inconvenience.
Outside Food & Beverages
Outside food and beverages are not permitted on the premises. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and safety of all food and drink served at Pinnova.
Personal Belongings
The restaurant is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. We advise all guests to keep their belongings secure at all times.
Offers & Promotions
Offers and promotions cannot be combined with any other offer or discount unless explicitly stated. Pinnova reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.
Deposits & Cancellations
Deposits required for large bookings may be non-refundable if the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to cancel or amend your reservation.
