We want every visit to Pinnova to be exceptional. The following policy outlines how we handle refunds and cancellations. Please read this carefully before making a reservation or purchasing any dining package.
General Policy
At Pinnova, we are committed to ensuring a great experience for every guest. If you are not fully satisfied with your dining experience, please speak to a member of our management team at the time of your visit so we can address any concerns promptly.
Reservation Deposits
Deposits paid to secure a reservation for large group bookings are non-refundable if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled date and time. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
Pre-Paid Dining Packages & Events
Pre-paid dining packages, set menus, or event packages are non-refundable once the booking has been confirmed. In exceptional circumstances (e.g. bereavement or serious illness), we may consider transferring the booking to an alternative date at our discretion.
Cancellations & Amendments
You may cancel or amend your reservation without charge up to 48 hours before your booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in the deposit being forfeited. To cancel or amend, please contact us by phone on 020 4502 5444 or via our contact form.
Food & Beverage Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any food or beverage item during your visit, please inform a member of our team immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue, which may include replacing the dish or offering a credit. Refunds for food already consumed are not provided unless there is a genuine quality issue.
Allergies & Incorrect Orders
If a dish is served that does not meet your stated dietary requirements or contains an allergen you have declared prior to ordering, please inform our team straight away. We will replace the dish at no additional cost. It is the guest's responsibility to notify us of any allergies before ordering.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers purchased at Pinnova are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and are redeemable against food and beverages.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of your visit at info@pinnovateddington.com or call 020 4502 5444. Please provide your booking reference, date of visit, and details of your concern. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 5 working days.
